Well, its that time of... time again.

First day of school today. Urgh.

Well, if you checked my gallery lately, you'll noticed I colored the Unicawn. There were quite a few people after I mentioned making a shirt saying they wanted one, so I've found this site called "Printfection," and apparently, they'll do it for me. though I have to make 100% sure its legit, so I sent for a demo shirt, and we'll see how it turns out.

Well, there comes a time once a year when I get really artsy-fartsy and try to do as many music, animation, photography, drawing and acting classes as one can handle. Yes, this time is Summer. As I sit here at my desk I realized it had been almost 6 months, and I hadn't put anything of mine from Anime Detour 2009 up on dA (My bad!). I know I was looking for pictures of myself (Myself being Tobi) on devientArt, but to no avail. Even though my costume was badass (thanks to my Grandma, and artistic instruction from and My mom x3) and my mask ACTUALLY HAD TEXTURE (No Sharpie, folks! xD) I have yet to find any pictures of me... *pout* I may post my crappy quality ones I took myself... or the ones my mom took xD sometime soon. Thanks to all who helped, even inadvertently so.

I just recently took a flash animation class (Which I got school credit for), and am working on a few animations, concerning School Beat... Yes.. THAT PROJECT that and I have been working on since Junior High.

Hey, guys, ANime Detour '09 was fun, except it was rather lonely... I only saw people I knew every now and then, and didn't really hang with anyone. Met some new people... got their... Gaia accounts. Took photos.... Except I can't find any of me... I went as Tobi Pre-Akatsuki with a textured mask made of modeling clay. if you see it, let me know.

Something was brought to my attention recently.

Record companies/labels and recording studios are shutting down across the world. People are being put out of jobs, people not being paid.


do you know why?

Limewire.

Frostwire.

Audacity.

US.


The music industry is failing and no longer has any firm structure to rely on. and don't think just the indie labels are being shut down, more famous ones too. The plague of illegal downloading is sweeping the nation, and so does assist in the downfall of the music/ recording industry.

As if artists and record labels had money to begin with, the major bands and such only make A PERCENT of the profits from each of their concerts. Imagine your favorite band going out of business because of your obsessed fandom.

Please respect the labels.

I've vowed to reduce if not deplete the amount of songs I download in this manner.
